Indoors
We love this home as it brought immense good luck, fortune and happiness to our family and work life. We enjoyed the numerous spacious rooms for each family member (especially during the pandemic) and ample living space to create wonderful memories with friends and family. Three years ago, we made several thoughtful, modern and functional upgrades throughout the house to make it a safe, comfortable, hi-tech and digital home for our family. With newly installed oak flooring and recessed lighting throughout, we were proud to make it feel just like a new home. We expanded the kitchen to double our storage and entertainment space, and leveraged the internally attached large garage as a gym and playroom. Abundant natural light throughout, generated a lot of positive energy.
Neighborhood
We loved the diverse, warm and friendly community, where people are quick to help each other when needed. Best-of-all, the community is gated, so we always felt safe and secure. Our kids could ride bikes safely, take swims in the community pool, host parties in the clubhouse, play sports in the expansive garden areas and have convenient playdates and carpool arrangements with other children in the community. Our family loved participating in the community-organized events and celebrations at easter, halloween, christmas and more, where we formed life-long friendship and bonds with some of our neighbors.
Outdoors
Our family took advantage of all the nearby hiking trails and golf course. We enjoyed the well-maintained lush greenery both in and around the complex, and breathtaking mountain views and beautiful sunsets during our evening walks. Our kids were able to easily walk to nearby Monta Vista park which was another hub for school kids and families to hang out together.
Location
The central location was the icing on the cake - being close to all the freeways reduced our commute time for work, after-school activities and groceries. Proximity to tech office hubs, shopping malls and San Jose airport, was very convenient.
